Refunds and payment

  • Cancel anytime. Access continues to the end of the paid period. No pro-rated refunds.
  • First monthly pack: refundable within 7 days if under 20% of its tokens are used.
  • Token top-ups: refundable within 14 days, only if unused.
  • Trading losses are never refunded. Refunds cover pack and token fees only.
  • We reply to refund requests within 2 business days. Card refunds usually show within 5 to 10 business days.

Payment

Payment is taken on the payment gateway's secure page. We never see or store your card number.
